FAQ
Q: Why isn’t your most recent work for sale on this site?
A: I have a growing number of relationships with galleries and I do not want to duplicate channels. This site is about releasing the best of my older work from the studio which will not go into future exhibitions.
Q: I live outside the UK. Would you pack and ship to my location?
A: In almost all cases yes. Please send an email enquiry and you will receive a prompt quotation. Costs for other countries will be added in the future.
Q: If I buy a framed work would it be behind glass?
A: No. Any framed works would ship with an art grade plexiglass option which is as clear as standard picture glass, but is shatterproof.
Q: Are the payment methods you offer safe?
A: Yes. Payment is accepted by PayPal (well known and secure) or alternatively by Stripe (perhaps less well-known but is a well established company US technology company operating in over 25 countries that allows both private individuals and businesses to accept payments over the Internet. Stripe focuses on providing the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate on-line payment systems.
Q: I really like one of the more expensive works. Can I pay in instalments?
A: Yes, for any works priced above £100.00 instalments can be agreed upon request. The artwork will be shipped upon receipt of the final payment agreed.
Q: What happens if I receive the work and decide I don’t like it?
A: All images of artwork are high resolution and are posted with dimensions so if you like how it looks online you should be satisfied with the original. In the unlikely circumstance you change your mind a full refund (excluding return P&P) will be given if you ship it back undamaged using the original packaging.
Q: What happens if the artwork turns up and has been damaged in transit?
A: Artworks in transit are insured and are professionally packed and shipped. In the unlikely event of any claim photographic and documentary evidence would be requested and processed.
